To ensure we fulfill this mission and in alignment with the guidelines issued by the federal government and the state governments, we are taking the following steps to serve you in this situation:

Meetings are possible by appointment only. The government requires all visitors to present one of the following:

  1. An official certificate of a SARS-CoV-2 vaccination with an EMA-approved vaccine. The vaccination must have been completed at least 14 days ago.
  2. Former COVID patients that are now free of any symptoms: An official certificate issued by German authorities (“Genesenennachweis”) _or_ a positive PCR test certificate from an official testing center that is min. 28 days and max. 6 months old.
  3. Children (from 6 years), who have a negative antigen or PCR test certificate from an official test center in Germany, which is not older than 24 hours, are also allowed to enter.

All visitors are required by law to wear a medical face mask and to keep a distance of at least 1.5 m to other persons on our premises at all times.
Medical face masks as per this requirement may not have an exhalation valve and have to conform to one of these standards: EN 14683, N95, KN95, FFP2 or FFP3.
We encourage our clients to get vaccinated and support our efforts to provide a safe environment.

If you or any of your accompanying persons have a cough, fever, running nose, or other cold symptoms, please come back when you are feeling better. We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Visitors from outside Germany and travelers who stayed outside of Germany within the last 10 days : You may need to register yourself before entering Germany. Please see this web-site for latest information from the German government about travel restrictions and other requirements such as going into quarantine.
